Below is a letter I just sent to ABC for the comments Rosie O'Donnell made on "the View." She compared Radical Christians as being no different than murderous radical Muslims! Feel free to e-mail Mr. Frons yourself also.
Brian Frons, President, ABC Daytime ABC 77 West 66th St.New York, NY 10023-6298 Primary Phone: 212-456-7777Fax: 212-456-1424E-Mail: Brian Frons, ABC
Dear President Frons,
The comments by Rosie O'Donnell deserve a public apology and reprimand. Refusal to do so indicates that ABC, as her employer, agrees with her anti-Christian bigotry.
I am a Christian, and have NEVER been taught to murder ANYONE in the name of Jesus! Ms. O'Donnell's comments grouped me with a people filled with hatred that killed MY fellow Americans on September 11, 2001!!
It angers me to think you have not already made Ms. O'Donnell apologize for what she said on national television, on your network! Why are you waiting to receive letters of opposition before doing so? Would you not be offended also if she had grouped you with those who murdered our fellow Americans on that fateful day and not "just" Christians! If that comment would have been any group other than "Christian" an apology from Ms. O'Donnell would have already aired!
I am an American who is using my right of freedom of speech to tell you if you let this one thing slide, you are doing our country a deep injustice. You are letting people grow to hate Christians when we have done NOTHING wrong. We pray for our country, we do not plot to destroy it! We respect our freedoms, for we know they were bought with a great price, the blood of those who were Americans before you or I. We do not misuse our rights in order to divide the great people of this land with hatred. We honor the true and living God who created all life whether or not those around us believe the same.
Your network will go on regardless of how you act on this situation. As a viewer (possibly not for long) I felt it necessary to defend my Christianity, and my God. I am not asking for a million dollars, or for anyone's job to be taken away. I am merely asking for an apology. That does not seem unreasonable.
Thank you for your time.
Sincerely,
Jessica O.

You go, girl! I wrote a letter too and I forwarded the e-mail from AFA. I usually don't, but I couldn't let this one slide. Her liberal (and homosexual) agenda and comments need to be stopped.
I hope you have a great time in Japan. I am so excited for you!
I want to have you, Rebecca and family, the Webbs, and another lady from our church over for dinner the end of this month. That way you can learn more about Ukraine and the work that is done at the camps. Plus you can get to know Larry, who you could be traveling with next summer (if you go and I hope you do!). Would you be available Sept. 29 (Fri.) or 30 (Sat.)? You can e-mail me or leave it in my shout box. Then I'll try to get with the others too and see if we can put something together before you leave. I've already mentioned it to Rebecca and she's interested - I just have to give her the dates.
Sorry for the long comment!
