But Where's the Bride's?

Last weekend I went to a retreat with the ladies from my church. We grouped up to save money on the hotel bill and I have to say, my roomies made me laugh.

I have to blog this story even though my friend wants to go unnamed, so unless you were there and knew who I stayed with, this incredibly fun loving lady will go unmentioned.

This is what happened.

Funny friend uses restroom. Comes out and announces they have a little toiletry kit for grooms but there's not one for brides. I said, ahhh, that's probably cause the bride took hers with. It wasn't until that evening, when the normally ditsy lady (and I say that with every ounce of love I have) of the group came out of the bathroom laughing and said, Uhhhh - that's a "Groom" kit as in "GroomING!" I was laughing so hard I thought I was going to have to go USE the bathroom!!!

I guess these funny moments don't happen just to me. I have to say, if I would have been paying attention to what was on the bathroom counter, I may have had the same thought. I don't know that I would have voiced it - but I probably would have.

I loved my room!! It was a BLAST!! :D
