And the Winner Is ...

Our older students went to ACE's Regional Competition this year and they caught the bug!  The "I want to do this again b/c it was Great" bug!  Maybe you haven't heard of it before - but it's a very contagious little booger!  ;)   There is another competition after you compete 'locally' but that is the International competition, with students enrolled in the ACE program from around the world!!  :O  It's quite costly also.  The kids were determined though.  They worked hard and raised money numerous ways, and in the end they exceeded their financial goal and were given the green light to travel down to Virginia for the competition.

They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so I will keep this brief.  Each of our students came home with a medal, which we were ecstatic about; but there is one in particular I would like to share with you.  Personally, I love photography.  People have different styles, but when I am drawn into a picture you cannot talk me out of liking it!  ;)

This is our student (Barak) who entered a photo at the international competition.  Obviously it was a good thing "I" was not part of the event b/c I was not even successful in making This picture clear!  ;)

The first time I saw this photo I got lost in its beauty.
