Sunday morning started with me waking up 4:30 (for those of you who don't know me well, that is not at all natural for me to do!)
Now Monday had arrived and I was up and moving at 5:30. Although still not a natural hour for me, Nathan had signed both of us up for a golf outing hosted by his church. He had talked to me about it before my flight, and I told him I wanted to do it. (I think he was expecting me to say I wouldn't enjoy going, but I really did want to do it.) Since it was a church activity, I figured it would be a no pressure thing, kind of like our annual New Years Day bowling activity we have with our church. Of course, this wouldn't involved a New Year or bowling balls, but it still sounded fun!Sunday night I found out all the ladies who had signed up were no longer going to go, but I said I'd still go. (I was just slightly outnumbered!) ;) ha ha
We were divided into teams of 3 - 4 and we played best ball. I found out that meant, whosever ball landed closest to the hole, that's where everyone would shoot from. That worked in my favor, b/c I promise you, I would STILL be hitting my ball trying to make it into a hole if it were every person for themselves!

You're brave - I wouldn't know what in the world I was doing. I know to hit the ball of course, but as for skill I would be severely lacking!
