"Spelt" was meant to be a joke in my last post, but Frugile was an honest mistake.
No, I don't usually use spell check on my posts b/c of all my extended words like noooooooooooo, heyyyyyyyyyyyyy, Awwwwwwwwwwwwww, and also the symbols, like: :) :P :D ;o and such. They all get marked and it drives me nuts. My blog is lucky if it gets a post added to it.
All this to say, thank you for "pointing out my error" but you don't have to do it again. :) I have spelling errors in my other posts also. I'm not a perfectionist. I'm a zainy free-spirited person who would rather talk in person than type out my experiences anyways. This blog was just to meet friends half-way since I obviously can't spend HOURS on the phone with EVERYONE!
At work, yes, www.dictionary.com is my best friend, but that's when I get paid to make things perfect. I guess I could add a little donation link to my page, and then I'd work harder at making sure my page was perfect! ;) In reality, since that will never happen, I hope that my stories will just be enjoyed by all, spelling/gramatical errors included, and that those will just add to the fact that the reason most of these stories occur is b/c I really don't have it all together!
This post was just to tell you a little something about myself. In school I never enjoyed reading or grammar. My mom was an excellent teacher, I know this b/c when I was in college the teaching was exactly the same. It wasn't like Ohhhhh, Mom never told me that!
Now story-telling, that is something I loved. Being in plays, or just play-acting with friends is a favorite past-time. In college even though I hated the actual writing part, I loved giving speeches. I knew in my head what I wanted to say, and even if I didn't get it down on paper right, by the time I was talking my thoughts portrayed themselves just the way I wanted them to. (A personal favorite was when I had to sell a product and I did it on Loreal Body Vive Shampoo & Conditioner -- Had to walk around all day with shampoo and conditioner in my school bag praying the whole while they wouldn't open and spill out over all my homework!)
Right after High School I found out I only have one good eye. My right one is terrible, and my left one is 20/20. The dr. said that would effect reading and studying dramatically. My good eye takes over and does twice the work, so it gets tired and doesn't want to work anymore. That may be a portion of the problem, but even now I'm not 100% sold on the fact that even if I had two 20/20 eyes, or even eyes that glasses could work with, that I would enjoy English Grammar. It's just me. I'll still try, I don't use it as an excuse to do terrible work, but I try not to be a perfectionist b/c the more pressure I put on my good eye, the sooner it's going to go bad on me.
Maybe this will shed a little light on my blogging habbits. Think what you will, but this will be the only time I mention this. I don't like discussing my eyes b/c it's hard to look at what the future holds.
All this to say, I hope you'll still enjoy the stories, even if they're not typed out 100% perfect. That's the reason for this whole blog -- I'm not perfect!! Who is?!
*Not Clicking on Spell Check for this Post Either!

LOL, I already learned my lesson from msging you on yahoo, so I never point out any spelling errors or whatever. Besides, I married your brother... he is WAYYYYYY worse about typos than you are (simply because he could care less as long as his point gets across. Of course, if it's an important email, THEN he does spell check (actually, he just calls me, lol)) Anyway, I'll still be reading; I love reading your blog... especially since I never get the phone calls I was promised. ;)
